Seguidamente le a\u00f1adiremos la harina y una pizca de sal. Una vez mezclados todos los ingredientes comenzaremos con el amasado. Pondremos un poco de harina en la encimera y amasaremos la mezcla durante 3 o 4 minutos sin parar. Cuando la masa est\u00e9 completamente lisa y no se pegue, separaremos la masa en 3 peque\u00f1as partes y la dejaremos reposar durante 1 hora en un recipiente que taparemos con una trapo de cocina.\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h5>Para la masa:<\/h5>\n<p>[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_custom_heading subheading=\u00bbPrecalentamos el horno a 220\u00aa antes de empezar a elaborar la pizza. Cogeremos la masa de pizza y la colocaremos sobre la encimera en la que habremos espolvoreado un poco de harina. Con el rodillo extenderemos la masa lo m\u00e1s fina posible d\u00e1ndole forma redondeada. Cubriremos nuestra base con una capa de tomate triturado y otra capa de queso. Cortaremos los tomates cherry por la mitad y 3 lonchas de lomo de bellota 100% ib\u00e9rico Alta Expresi\u00f3n para terminar nuestra pizza y la meteremos en el horno durante unos 15 minutos.
