Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico pork Secreto
Fan-shaped piece from the inner part of the loin, very interspersed with fat with little lean, and with a surprising firm silky texture. Perfect for charcoal grilling.
Recommended for charcoal grilling, served with grilled vegetables.
Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico pork Presa
Oval-shaped piece from the center of the loin, interspersed with fat, making it juicy and palatable.
To prepare it, cut it into thick slices or open it lengthwise and score it.
Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico pork Tenderloin
Very tender and lean dark piece with little fat interspersion, exceptional flavor and a long cylindrical shape.
Recommended to be cut into thick slices and grilled and served in peppercorn or red wine sauce, or as a Beef Wellington.
Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico pork Pluma
Flat triangular piece from the bottom of the loin, shaped like a feather or a wing, with a good fat-to-meat balance making it very juicy and perfect to grill or charcoal grill.
