Protos Verdejo, DO Rueda
A Verdejo (100%) from vineyards that are over 15 years old.
Straw yellow in color with hints of green, which demonstrate its youth. Very clean and transparent. A medium-high intensity and complex aroma. With a surprising entry that combines freshness and moderate and balanced natural acidity. Slightly bitter, which is typical of a Verdejo, and with a long-lasting flavor that leaves a pleasant aftertaste of wine in the mouth.
