Vermut Pérez Barquero, DOP Montilla Moriles

Vermouth made with 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes from Sierra de Montilla (Superior Quality) that ages in the traditional vats from the area to take on characteristics of a short but intense biological aging process. This, along with the maceration of selected plants and spices, makes the vermouth a digestive aperitif with a difference.


Bright and transparent. Dark red in color. Highly spiced. Elderberry, turmeric. Intense with citrus notes (mainly orange). Highly diluted alcohol.


With flavors of vanilla, cinnamon and orange, along with a hint of wood. Very vinous with notes of bitter almond, typical of biological aging. Moderate sweetness.
