We fill your world with nature through our 100% cooperative sustainable model. The milk comes from our farms, in great part located around 21 kilometers from the dairy plant in Pozoblanco, which enables us to provide daily collections and packaging with a guarantee. By controlling the traceability of the whole process, we can thus ensure that we offer the consumer a safe product of the highest quality.
An extra mature cheese made from raw sheep’s milk following our traditional recipe. With firm curd, strong flavor, robust and intense aroma, and ivory color.
