Our sheep are raised under an extensive livestock farming model in the Dehesa of the Valle de Los Pedroches. They are fed on pastures, natural forages, and top-quality cereals. We produce our own animal feed using the finest raw materials. All of this allows us to obtain premium-quality meat—consistent, exceptionally tender, and incredibly juicy. A natural and healthy pleasure, whose flavor reflects the love for our land and the daily dedication of our farmers.
