Palo Cortado
A wine of great complexity that combines the aromatic delicacy of amontillado with the full-bodied palate of oloroso. Its color ranges from brown to mahogany, and its aroma presents a wide variety of nuances, harmoniously blending the characteristic notes of amontillado and oloroso with citrus hints reminiscent of bitter orange and dairy-like notes, such as fermented butter.
Alcohol content: 17.5% vol.
